              it is extremely important to protect yourself when cleaning blood as blood born pathogens can be absorbed though the skin and through the mouth

                  Blood spills or clean up are very dangerous. I started my career as a Medical Technologist in the early 80's when HIV was beginning to strike! There are so many blood borne pathogens just you cannot ever be to cautious!

                      same goes for cleaning up sewage as it may contain blood and other dangerous contaminants
